In the fourteenth episode of season two, Wisteria Lane trades in its many visits from the police for a visit from the FBI.
Get Desperate! sources revealed that one of the housewives is entertaining guests, and small talk over pastries (Bree's attempt to embarrass the host fails, and one housewife may be trying for a baby) is soon interrupted by visit by the FBI. They have a warrant to search the place and find a locked door, but excuses don't wash with the agents and they decide to open the door—in whatever way they can.
Also in the episode, Lynette gets embroiled in office politics (and is accused of nepotism), the Solises give a home to an Asian lady who barely speaks English (and Gabrielle soon takes a disliking to her) and one housewife accidentally outs a friend to his mother (and the results aren't pretty)!
In other news E! Online's Kristin revealed some Desperate Housewives plot rumors, some confirming and clarifying the plot information from Get Desperate's sources. "There's gonna be a new lady on Wisteria Lane beginning in late January, early February," she wrote. "She's the young Chinese maid of one of our housewives. I'm hearing her name is Chin-Chi, she speaks a little English, and she'll stick around for quite some time. I guess she's part of a storyline that's scheduled to play out in season three."
Kristin also said there was a potential marriage on the cards. "In February, one of the housewives may be getting married... to a gay guy! Word is the potential bride is in need of medical insurance, and the potential groom, Gary, wants to convince his mom that he's actually straight." Kristin also claimed that it is Betty who will receive an unwelcome visit from the FBI.
