Eva Longoria (Gabrielle Solis) and Ricardo Antonio Chavira (Carlos Solis) recently took time away from the usual questions about gardeners, housewives and infidelity to explain where they'd go in history given the chance.

"When Jesus was born," Longoria told SOAPnet. "I would like to be in that era because he's responsible for morals and values that I believe in. To be in that era, when he walked the Earth, that would be amazing. I have friends over in Jerusalem and they're like 'You feel his presence and the overwhelming sense of the holy spirit there'. So that's where I'd go."

Her on-screen husband had a totally different idea. "I think I'd like to go back to the prehistoric age." When asked if the dinosaurs appealed to him, he said: "Yeah, to see if I could handle it. To see if I get eaten or not."

Meanwhile Longoria told Cosmopolitan (via contactmusic.com) that she'd like to do more movies but only when her schedule is less busy. "My priority is Desperate Housewives obviously, but I'd like to make movies when I have the chance. I'm doing The Sentinel with Michael Douglas and Kim Basinger this summer, but the TV series is the main focus of my life right now and I just want to enjoy that and everything that comes with it."
