In the first episode of season three, Tom's new daughter is causing trouble for Lynette.

Get Desperate! sources revealed that his newly-discovered daughter, named Kayla, is being mysterious about a bruise that she's sporting. She doesn't say it's Lynette, but Tom starts to wonder who did it. Could Lynette have injured his child?

Kayla is also placing more and more demands on Tom's time, now that she lives nearer to him, and could starts to find reasons to get attention from him. But this could distract him from his current family.

In other spoiler news, TV Guide's Ausiello said that the plans for Edie's son to appear in the show have been shelved, but seemed to confirm rumors posted by Get Desperate! yesterday (story) that one of the housewive's nephews would arrive on Wisteria Lane. "My Housewives mole tells me that they are giving Nicollette Sheridan a hot, almost 18-year-old nephew named Austin." He also said that that the new love interest for Susan could be British.
