Desperate Housewives was back on top, albeit Grey's Anatomy was on a re-run.
According to figures released by Zap2it, "Could I Leave You?" scored a 13.5 rating with a 20 share. These figures mean that of all households in the United States with television sets, 13.5% were tuned into DH, as well as 20% of those households actually watching television on Sunday at 9:00pm.
It was slightly down from last week's 13.6/20, which itself was slightly below the season average, but it still won the hour. CBS trailed with the end of Cold Case and the first half of a CSI re-run which average 7.8/11, and NBC was third with Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Young upstart Grey's Anatomy, which has been building on Housewives' ratings in recent weeks, gained 9.8/16 for its re-run and still managed to win its hour.
With no new Grey's Anatomy for ABC and basketball on CBS, ABC's lead was diminished but it still won the evening. Its 9.1/14 rating beat beat CBS's 8.8/14 and NBC 's 6.1/10.
