Lesley Ann Warren (Sophie Mayer) has allegedly been fired from her role in an indy movie.
According to a report via Hollywood.com, Warren was axed from her role of Kathryn Vale in Devil You Know after just two days of filming. The site claims that the reason was apparent bad behaviour on set and too many demands.
Lena Olin, who has spent time on ABC as Alias's Irina Derevko, is now reported to have taken on the role. In the movie, the character of Vale is a reclusive ex-movie star with a secret that she'll do anything to protect. But when she founds herself blackmailed, she has to aims to uncover who is set to betray her.
A supposed "insider" told PageSix.com: "It's infuriating because she knew what she was getting into. This is an independent movie. We're doing it for the love of the game. Everyone knew there were no perks. We got almost nothing done on the first day."
None of this news has been officially confirmed, and PageSix.com is just a gossip column. The news also isn't on any of the mainstream news sites. So treat the news of Warren's departure, or at least the reasons for her leaving, as you would any rumor.
