In the tenth episode of season three, Lynette starts to cause paranoia amongst the neighbors.
Get Desperate! sources revealed that following on from episode nine, where Lynette turns against her new friend, that she shares her concerns that the friend is a paedophile. However her suspicions stir paranoia and upset amongst the neighbors, and soon a vigilante group forms which sets out to oust the man from the neighborhood.
Lynette tries to bring the situation under control, and put out the fire that she started, but not before someone has a heart attack.
Meanwhile, Gaby continues to mentor potential pageant queens, causing division between two friends, and she starts to flirt with the father of one of the girls.
