Desperate Housewives was stable in line with last week's ratings, the first week it hasn't had a decline. But it wasn't enough to help ABC win the evening.
According to figures released by Zap2it, "Like It Was" scored a 12.8 rating with a 19 share. These figures mean that of all households in the United States with television sets, 12.8% were tuned into DH, as well as 19% of those households actually watching television on Sunday at 9:00pm.
These numbers were down only a negligible amount from last week's 12.9/19. This was the first week Housewives levelled out after declines since the season premiere. NBC and CBS drew for second place finish in the hour with 8.2/12 each, so Housewives was the clear leader.
Overall for the evening CBS came first thanks to NFL. Its 9.4/15 beat ABC's 8.9/14. But in the all-important 18–49 demographic ABC came top, with its stable 5.4 rating beating CBS's 4.2. Housewives lead-out Brothers & Sisters came second in the 10pm hour again, and fell once more to 8.3/13 in its fourth week.
