By Antony April 17, 2005 - 11:47 PMHello World! I went for a food compatibility test yesterday. Whether it's to be believed or not is one thing, but suffice it to say I'm on a different diet for a month. I'm cutting out pretty much everything I like to eat, particularly my Quorn products. So I'll probably be miserable for a month. Or I may feel 100% better. I'll have to wait and see...
What I'm sure I will love is drinking my Aloe Vera juice. Yum it sounds good! Not.
Talking of unpleasant things... I can't help it, I have to return to Doctor Who (the topic of two of my site columns so far). You may ask, why am I still watching it? I don't know actually. It's so bad I feel almost compelled to watch it. This week's episode had farting aliens, which I felt was a great for my license money. And the incestuous BBC cross-promotion continued with two BBC programs and a BBC reporter featured within Doctor Who.
But I've commented before how the BBC takes any opportunity to take a swipe at our Prime Minister. Think I'm paranoid? Well in this week's episode the Doctor Who-universe PM turned up dead. Do you think they're sending a message?
On a final note, I loved the Vanity Fair Desperate Housewives photoshoot (you can see images at The Eva Longoria Fan Galleries). The images really captured what the show is all about, and were very nicely done. Certainly makes a change from the boring photos that often decorate magazine pages, and with so many images of the cast out and about they really stuck out from the crowd. The great thing for me is that I have two monitors, and by extension two wallpapers. So Marcia's on the left and Jesse's on the right. The best of both worlds.
