Ryan Carnes (Justin) recently swapped Wisteria Lane for a spell on Doctor Who—as a pig!

"Filming was so much fun!" he told The Sun. "I literally got the call from my agent in the middle of the night saying 'Pack your stuff, you're going to Wales'. I was whisked off and spent five weeks filming there."

The BBC show, which has previously featured witches on broomsticks and flatulent aliens, is continuing its trend of strange stories to amuse the kids at home. "I play a young guy who's met the love of his life," he explained. "The couple are at that stage of the relationship where they can't get enough of each other—but then suddenly something strange happens. I sort of become a pig. I get caught between the human realm and the swine realm. It kind of throws a wrench into the relationship."

The Sun noted that Carnes is a "red-blooded heterosexual" (because gay people have inferior blood, in The Sun's world) who played a gay character in Housewives, and Carnes said that it was challenge to play the role due to his age. "It was challenging, especially because Shawn [Pyfrom] and I were so young. Especially Shawn, he was only 18 when he started on the show. It's a tough age to take on that role and it was testing, but it was fun and it's from that show and that specific role that I've had the opportunity to move on."
