• First she was rumored to be pregnant with twins, then she denied the news to TV Guide. But now Marcia Cross (Bree Van De Kamp) has allegedly admitted she will have twins after all. "I was so blown away about it that I needed a minute to deal with it. So we didn't tell anybody, we just said that I was pregnant. But then the story got out, though I don't know how, and everybody started congratulating me. So yes, I am having twins," she is reported to have said by The Daily Record.

• Jaime Pressly, star of My Name is Earl, attacked Desperate Housewives and its choice to run as a comedy in the Emmys. "You couldn't pay me enough to do Desperate Housewives," she said, according to Inside Entertainment. "They put themselves in the comedy category because they would never win in drama. They have no business being in that category. They're a one-hour show and there's nothing really funny about it. That pisses me off."

• Jesse Metcalfe (John Rowland) sold a house that he bought earlier this year, reported cantonrep.com. The house was described as "a sexy pad" with "beautiful, serene gardens" and Metcalfe sold it for just over $1.6 million—a cool $300k profit on the price he paid for it.

• Eva Longoria (Gabrielle Solis) and Nicollette Sheridan (Edie Britt) had a "furious bust-up" over who would get a designer handbag in scene on Housewives, alleged NEWS.com.au. "Both the girls wanted the bag for this one scene. They argued and argued until I decided to design a new bag for Eva," said a completely impartial source, who in no way is trying to make it look like his bags are in demand by celebrities.

• Billy Bush, co-host of entertainment news show Access Hollywood, has blamed himself for Eva Longoria's recent accident where she fell over as leaving he trailer. "Not only did Eva take a tumble off the top step of her trailer on the set and fall flat on her back, not only did that land her in an ambulance and ultimately the emergency room, but it's my fault," said Bush on his website, eager to gain some publicity from the actresses's accident. "When Eva called back she explained that she fell off the top step of the trailer and may have fractured a rib slightly around her back side."
