If you're worried that season two of Desperate Housewives will be rather sedate, don't worry too much. Alfre Woodard (Betty Applewhite) recently indicated that nothing could be further from the truth.
"My son and I have a lot of baggage with us and, it's not just the stuff that we were unloading from the car," she told E! Online's Kristin. "And it might make a few people's hair stand on end when they're watching!"
Viewers won't have to wait long for the excitement to begin either, said Woodard. "There's something very provocative that happens at the very end of the first episode, and that's the thing that'll make you go 'Whooooaa!' It plays out over months. But you'll definitely do that 'Whoooaa!'" Kristin is convinced that it's worth the wait for the show's return. "I do believe once you see the new season mystery, and meet the fabulousness that is Alfre Woodard, you might get sucked right back in," she said.
Meanwhile, if you're a fan of the Susan and Mike on/off/on again romance, James Denton (Mike Delfino) has some good news. He said those that want Susan and Mike together "are really going to like episode two".
