• Following her admission that she was sexually molested by her uncle when she was younger, Teri Hatcher (Susan Mayer) said that she has grown closer to her father. "He said that he really consciously, because of his upbringing, withheld affection from me because he didn't want me to be a brat," she said, according to WENN. "He told me, 'I feel now that if I hadn't done that, maybe you wouldn't be such an open victim to somebody giving you attention.' It was a great jumping-off point between us. I genuinely wanted to hug my father and my mother... It felt like a great release and a great feeling." Meanwhile The Times of India reported that Hatcher hasn't told her daughter what happened to her, but has warned her against sexual predators. "I have not told her [about] my own experience but I have said things about your private areas and who should touch them and when and why, and what's not appropriate."

• Jesse Metcalfe (John Rowland) and Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle are continuing to milk some tabloid coverage over their "romance". Metcalfe apparently "hinted" at their involvement, according to ITV, after he said he was close friends with Coyle. "Changing the subject" he said he was honored to be presenting a Bafta award. "Desperate Housewives and me personally, we've both been really well received here in the UK and I appreciate that." Their relationship has prompted "split worries" according to another report at ITV, alleging Girls Aloud (that was just last week wanting to break into the US market) could split. But ITV did't specify who was worried. Finally Digital Spy went for a different angle, linking Metcalfe with Brittany Snow after they reportedly went to a nightclub together. There was of course an "onlooker" who said: "Jesse and Brittany were acting every inch a couple as they posed for the cameras, and then later on they were gazing into each other's eyes."

• Nicollette Sheridan (Edie Britt) will appear on Punk'd, a show which sets up celebrities in practical jokes, according to contactmusic.com. In the prank Sheridan is embroiled in a marriage proposal gone wrong after the groom loses the ring.

• According to contactmusic.com, Teri Hatcher received a lap dance and a chocolate cake recipe from a stripper in Las Vegas.

• Jesse Metcalfe ranked second in Cosmopolitan magazine's poll for the best "on-screen nearly-naked man moment", according to HindustanTimes.com. He ranked thanks to him mowing the Solis's lawn with his shirt off.

• Eva Longoria (Gabrielle Solis) will fly to Japan to see her boyfriend for just one day when he plays basketball there this summer, according to WENN. "This summer is the first time we will be apart for a month, when he is in Japan for the World Championships—but I think I'll fly out for a day," she said. "I do it all the time. If I find out I have a day off suddenly, I get on a red-eye flight, fly home to Texas so we can have breakfast, lunch or an early dinner, and then hop on the 10pm plane to come home again."

• Eva Longoria changed her dress nine times at the Latino Artistic Achievements Awards, reported The Daily Record.
