Jay Harrington, who makes his debut this week in Desperate Housewives as Dr. Ron McCready, spoke about his new role.
McCready will be a new love interest for Susan Mayer, after she bumps her head during an evening out and ends up in hospital. "It's not a tough day at work, let me tell you," he told BostonHerald.com. "Teri [Hatcher]'s a doll, so sweet and a lot of fun."
He explained that he has had scenes with some of the housewives, but not all of them. "All the scenes are shot separately, so the women aren't usually all together unless a scene calls for them to be," he said. "But I expect I'll meet Mike Delfino pretty soon. He's been dealing with a lot of family issues this season."
Not content with starring opposite one attractive leading lady, Harrington will also appear on ABC's new comedy Emily's Not Reasons Why Not which stars Heather Graham. "I play a charming guy who is absolutely perfect for Emily; all grown up, a real adult," he said. "But then I just say and do the wrong thing."
