In the fourth episode of season two, Gabrielle Solis is almost caught up in her own Indecent Proposal. However rather than $1m at stake, she's actually used as a bargaining tool.

Get Desperate! sources revealed that a man named Adam Bradley wants to be Carlos Solis's lawyer, and has an interesting way of trying to get the job. Claiming to be the only person who can get Carlos out of jail before Gabrielle has her baby, he also has an added incentive: if Carlos doesn't employ him, he'll bed Gabrielle!

Openly lusting after Gabrielle in front of Carlos, the wannabe-lawyer taunts Carlos by saying he will pursue and win Gabrielle. He then promises to fly her out to his chateau in Chamonix and make love to her "by the fire." However there is one way for Carlos to avoid this, and that's to employ him. As long as he is Carlos's lawyer, then Gabrielle will remain off limits he promises. Will Carlos fall for the ploy, and can he trust Gabrielle to behave?

Meanwhile, one of the housewives is distraught that her son has an imaginary friend called Mrs. Doolittle, someone is betrayed by their friend in exchange for a cash reward and Gabrielle gets a conjugal visit with Carlos.
