Women's Entertainment (WE) will be celebrating the season finale of Desperate Housewives by airing a live TV special afterwards.
The 30 minute show will air at 10pm on May 22, reported Multichannel News, following "One Wonderful Day". It will feature "real-life desperate housewives" talking about the stars and the season finale, and will feature stylist James Aguilar will be on hand to give style and fashion tips.
WE will also be hosting a day-long "Before They Were Desperate" movie festival on the day of the finale beginning at 10am. It will feature films that feature various Desperate Housewives cast members. The movies that will be shown star Teri Hatcher [Susan Mayer] (Dead in the Water), Nicolette Sheridan [Edie Britt] (Somebody's Daughter), Marcia Cross [Bree Van De Kamp]
(Always Say Goodbye) and Felicity Huffman [Lynette Scavo] (A Slight Case of Murder). Each one will be end with a commentary by actors Eric Roberts, Doug Penty, Thomas Calabro and Giancarlo Esposito respectively.
Finally, the network will air a Secrets of Wisteria Lane special which will include interviews, clips and never-before-seen footage. It will first air on May 15 at 10pm, then air throughout the week including 4pm and 7pm on May 22.
