- Possibly unaware that most people hold jobs and still get married, Nicollette Sheridan (Edie Britt) said she is "too busy" to tie the knot. "I don't have time for wedding plans anymore, but we are extremely happy," she said according to inthenews.co.uk. She added that fiancé Michael Bolton hasn't written a song about her but she's hopeful that he could. "He is just about to start working on his new album, so we'll see." Bolton meanwhile spoke to Hello and he seems to have at least given their wedding plans some thought. "I'm not sure if I'd like something like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes's wedding or not. A castle is a pretty bold statement. And we've got to think about whether we want 5,000 of our closest friends there with us!"
- With just a TV and film career to keep her busy, Eva Longoria (Gabrielle Solis) has found time to plan her marriage. However, MegaStar alleged that Longoria has forbidden her fiancé Tony Parker from having a bachelor party. "Eva thinks letting men have bachelor parties is just asking for trouble," said one of those ever=present "sources". But the National Ledger said she's done no such thing. "It's completely untrue. They haven't even discussed it, and he probably will end up having a bachelor party," said a representative for Longoria. China View said that Longoria is instead busy trying to choose a wedding dress and is torn between choosing a Hispanic or French designer. "Eva has been supportive of Latin designers but Monique [Lhuillier]is French like Tony and she and Eva know each other," said Longoria's stylist.
- But Teri Hatcher (Susan Mayer) has no wedding plans, and said she doubts she'll get hitched again. "I don't think I'll ever get married again," she said, according to DailyIndia.com. "I totally believe in monogamy. I am not a dater." She said her primary concern was her daughter. "I need to be safe and trusting and do not believe in rotating men through the house. It would take a lot before I would want to bring a man into my daughter's life."
- Felicity Huffman (Lynette Scavo) (who is already married, so no more wedding news) said she preferred the mother Lynette of season one compared to the business woman Lynette of season two. "I wanted an example of motherhood that addressed the madness, the depression, the rage, the loss, the wonder and the love. I do regret we've moved on from that because it's so true—and there aren't many examples of it on TV," she said according to Actress Archives.
- Eva Longoria said becoming suddenly famous is like being in a hurricane, according to All Headline News. "There's no way to find your bearings when fame hits," she said. "It's like a hurricane. I was famous in, like, two seconds. Thank God I was totally grounded before it all happened. I think if you don't know who you are, then you're suddenly forced to find yourself in this chaos. And you can't."
- The Post Chronicle said that James Denton (Mike Delfino) has been credited with raising and improving the profile of plumbers. "I do get approached by a lot of plumbers, which I think is really weird," he said. "Almost every time I go to a restaurant or at the mall or somewhere, a lot of plumbers have come up and there's always a joke. It's cool. I appreciate it."
- PR Inside reported that James Denton has shopped online for the first time, and has become a fan of buying online. "My favorite site is Robert Redford's Sundance catalogue out in Utah. It's got everything, it's mainly women's clothes and boots and jewellery but there's also furniture and stuff for your house."
- Country music singer Deana Carter, who went to school with James Denton, said she's still not used to seeing him on television according to LA Daily News. "It's weird. I know him so differently and personally." She added that she always like it when she can meet him at an event. "When I see him at an event, I feel comfortable and happy. I get all giddy like, Yay, James is here!' I love him with my whole heart."
- Ashlee Simpson is a fan of Desperate Housewives reported baltimoresun.com. "It's one of those shows like Sex and the City—every girl likes it," she said.
- Nicollette Sheridan will appear drop in on the Ellen DeGeneres Show soon according to The Australian
- The Sun took a look at celebrity tattoos and featured Eva Longoria sporting a tattoo on her wrist.
- The Daily Record reported that, for some reason, Teri Hatcher helped her daughter take a picture of a paparazzi photographer.
