The 37-year old actress will play Lynette Scavo's boss when she returns to work, according to Variety. The site didn't have any details on the role, but as Get Desperate! yesterday revealed, Lynette's return to the workforce won't be without problems when she finds things have moved on in her absence.
Fisher, half-sister of Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher, has a film and TV career that mostly spans the 1990s. She starrred in a number of short-lived TV series including Grosse Pointe, Normal, Ohio and Baby Bob. She also made numerous apperances on chatshows including The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn and The Sharon Osbourne Show.
On the big screen, she recently starred in Slingshot; Due for release this year, it's her first film since the birth of her daughter in 2001. Before that, she appeared in Inspector Gadget, Family Plan and The Mask.
