In the sixth episode of season two, it's time for Carlos's trial. But is he in good hands, or is his lawyer not up to scratch?
Get Desperate! sources revealed that Carlos is in court, and his attorney starts his defence by laying out the reasons why Carlos is innocent of the alleged hate crimes. But mid-sentence he falters, and decides to stop. Could he be trying to sabotage the trial?
Meanwhile the police visit Wisteria Lane to investigate Zach's actions at the end of season one. Susan is forthcoming in pointing the finger of blame at Zach. But when the police speak to Mike Delfino they soon leave, saying there is nothing for them to investigate. What did Mike say to sabotage their investigation, and why did he say it?
Also in the episode, a romantic getaway to a hotel goes wrong for one of the characters when his partner gets cold feet, and an acquaintance of one of the housewives is embroiled in a dispute over a casino license—and gun shots will be fired.
In other episode news, the official website of James Denton (Mike Delfino) published details of some of the season two episode names. Episodes three and four are called "You'll Never Get Away From Me" and "My Heart Belongs To Daddy" respectively. Meanwhile E! Online reported that Jesse Metcalfe (John Rowland) will appear in the three episodes of the season before he makes his departure from the show.
