Desperate Housewives rose again in the ratings on Sunday. Even though it is facing more competition and was up against Sunday Night football, Housewives was almost back to its season premiere levels.
According to figures released by Zap2it, "Bang" scored a 14.2 rating with a 20 share. These figures mean that of all households in the United States with television sets, 14.2% were tuned into DH, as well as 20% of those households actually watching television on Sunday at 9:00pm.
Putting those numbers in perspective, they were almost at the season premiere's level of 14.6/21. They were up on last week's 13.3/20, and were up significantly on the season low of 12.4/18.

Housewives was the most watched program of the evening, and it beat NBC's Sunday Night football which managed 12.9/19 in the 9pm hour.
A strong Housewives wasn't enough to help ABC win the evening however. NBC with its 11.2 pushed ABC into second on 9.7/15. NBC also led in the way in the all-important 18–49 demographic, with its 6.9 beating ABC's 5.7. Housewives lead-out Brothers & Sisters also rose again to 9.2./15, beating last week's 8.6/1.
