According to Philadelphia Inquirer, they not only set her the dress but had it altered for her size. 17-year-old Melissa Saunders, who suffers from back pain that requires treatment every two weeks, said: "I can't believe something like this would happen to me. It's perfect. Especially after the year I've had."

I have three sisters, so I come from a family with really strong women.
