For more information on Lesley Ann Warren and Bob Newhart click here for a dedicated news story. Brett Cullen and John Lacy reprise their detective roles for the third time. The press release for this episode listed Mark L. Taylor, who guest starred as Mr Taylor last week, starring as Mrs. Steinberg this week. This is probably a mistake, but one can never quite be certain with Desperate Housewives!
The episode title this week is taken from a Stephen Sondheim song that featured in the musical "Into the Woods", and in the 1987 Broadway version was sung by Bernadette Peters. You can read the lyrics of the song.
