• Marcia Cross (Bree Hodge) is ecstatic that she's expecting twins, according to People magazine via MiamiHerald.com. "I won the lottery at my age to have two," she is reported to have said. She also spoke about her happiness at the announcement of Eva Longoria's (Gabrielle Solis) engagement to Tony Parker. "She showed me the ring and I screamed. I think I scared them. Tony was there, and it was just fantastic!"

• TMZ.com alleged that Shawn Pyfrom (Andrew Van De Kamp) looked "visibly uncomfortable" when he made an appearance at The Trevor Project's Cracked Xmas event, which was attended primarily by gay people who gave him a very positive reception. Roseanne Barr received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the event for her work in support of gay rights, and told the audience: "Stop worrying about yourselves for being gay and start worrying for me because I'm old... and fat!"

• Comic and TV presenter Patrick Kielty branded Jesse Metcalfe (John Rowland) a "tit". "I've known Nadine [Coyle] for years. However, most would doubt there's any risk of Metcalfe being traded for the scrawny Irish man.

• PETA, concerned with animal welfare, has hit back in a way that they think women celebrities will understand: by being bitchy. Of Longoria they said: "You'd think she'd be more sympathetic to the plight of rabbits considering the way she screws around like one on Wisteria Lane." Perhaps PETA doesn't understand that Longoria is real and her character, Gabrielle, is make believe.

• Zeenews.com said the secret behind Felicity Huffman's (Lynette Scavo) "youthful looking skin". Huffman told New York Daily News that "I do a lot of moisturizing and I'm really into Leaf & Rusher. I love their whole skin-care line, but I'm completely infatuated with this special face serum they carry. It just sucks into your skin. I look at my face after I put it on and it`s almost like my skin is saying, 'Thank you, thank you, thank you.'"

• Tonight accused Teri Hatcher of a "tantrum" when she wanted a specific pair of shoes for a scene she was filming. Of course it was according to a "source", and the "source told The Mail On Sunday: "The stylist had 37 pairs of shoes but none were right. Teri insisted on a specific pair and when the store the company uses could not provide them Teri got a runner to collect a similar pair from her home."
