Actor Adrian Pasdar has signed on to multi-episode stint of Desperate Housewives as Carlo Solis's lawyer.

"I am working on Desperate Housewives," Pasdar told the Adrian Pasdar Tribute Site, "and Eva Longoria [Gabrielle Solis] and I have some great stuff coming up in episode 4 and 5 in the new season this year. I am her new attorney trying to get her husband out of the slammer."

As previously reported here at Get Desperate! episode four of the season will feature a lawyer trying to get Carlos to employee him, and presumably Pasdar is playing this character. He taunts Carlos by saying he will pursue and win Gabrielle, and promises to fly her out to his chateau in Chamonix and make love to her "by the fire". However he tells Carlos that if he employees him, then Gabrielle will remain off limits.

According to the IMDb, Pasdar's TV credits include Touched by an Angel playing, The Twilight Zone and multiple appearances on Judging Amy as ADA David McClaren. Film credits include Carlito's Way, Secondhand Lions and Top Gun—where the role of Chipper was written specifically for him. This led to a career in acting, and he went on to marry Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks.
