In the seventeenth episode of season three, Lynette is stirring up trouble amongst the pizzeria staff.

Get Desperate! sources revealed that Lynette, running the pizzeria while Tom is out of action, starts to interfere in typical Lynette style. She decides that the uniforms are hideous and wants them to go.

But again in true Lynette style, she wants to get other people on her side so that she can achieve her goal. So she decides to get the wait staff involved too by trying to get them to turn against the uniforms, even indicating that they're losing out on tips due to them. But the staff instead start to complain about other benefits that their jobs lack, such as medical insurance. Has she opened a can of worms that she'll be unable to close?

Meanwhile, Edie's love life takes a turn for the worse when she finds out her new man slept with his step sister. They have differing opinions on how perverse that is, so she throws him out of her house and they argue before he speeds off.
